Modern hotel, clean hotel, with excellent air conditioning in the room and convenient access to the Rogier metro station, making it easy to explore the area.
Not a single issue.

The venue is brilliant and modern, its location is absolutely perfect, adjacent to Grand Place, centre and station and MaxHotel. It has amazingly kind, helpful staff. Thank you for a such great stay...
The bathrooms are a bit small.

top central and quiet rooms, room equipment good, for a weekend trip a top recommendation.
Checking in was a bit complicated as the booking number was not accepted at the machine.

The modern and stylish design of the hotel was a standout feature, particularly in the common area with vending machines. The basic free Wi-Fi served its purpose well for quick navigation, and if you're looking to splurge, there's a paid broadband option available.
Room sizes were painfully small, especially with luggage. The air conditioning was ineffective and couldn't be adjusted to personal preferences, leaving the space uncomfortable. There's a real lack of basic amenities. Some rooms didn't even have sufficient space for simple toiletries. I experienced issues with the check-in process, and the lack of daily cleaning services unless requested for an extra cost is a downside. Finally, noise from the street seeped into the rooms.

The bed was terrible, I couldn't find a single ounce of comfort, like, what is this, a medieval torture device? Shower smelled of stale water, such a lovely welcome. I almost left a good review, but the lack of special treatement was unacceptable after such conditions. Unbelievable, honestly.

Travelers couple delight
We loved most things about the hotel. The location is as good as it gets, a few minutes walk from the metro and with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
It wasn't exactly budget friendly, but honestly nothing major to complain about.

Comfortable beds, everything you need, perfect value for money! There are lockers (2Euro) in which you can stow your luggage until check-in. Especially the croissants (chocolate and normal) for breakfast are a pleasant surprise..
It would be great if you could open the windows and have a box. A shelf or a small box in the bathroom would also be very practical.

The Hotel is very well located, the check is/out is self service, the breakfast also from vending machines, the hotel get's minus for that. the Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. The stay was pleasant for us, even the workers were still finishing the hotel. It Opened on the 21 of April. I ca recommend this the Max Hotel to everyone....
Only the self service for breckfast from veding machines.

great location.
We had problems at check-in because the room was not ready when we arrived although the staff had enough time to take care of it.

The hotel is strategically located close to Brussels major attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot.
The rooms are quite small. Opening the luggage was a challenge with minimal room to move around comfortably.

-Spotlessly clean -Well located -Good value for money -No frills, but functional enough
-Very uncomfortable bed (way too soft, felt like it was partially broken in the middle). -The internet provider is awful, it worked on and off (30s ok, then down for 1 hour). It's really a waste of money and Max Hotel will not take direct responsibility, since it's an external provider. Save yourself the effort and money and go to an internet cafe.

Very nice concept: you pay only for what you need. Modern style, everything is new and very very clean. Good location, close to public transports and to the city center. Great value for money!
No breakfast service, but you have a lounge with self service coffee machine: a bit cold, but coherent with the hotel's concept. Check-in process is a bit strange: you need to do your check-in using a self service machine. Anyway the receptionist is there and helps you in case you need. No shower gel in the room (only a soap bar): if you need it, it is at the self service machine ;-)

Awesome concept, best suited for people who don't use services at hotel but expect everything else to be in perfect place. It's a 4 star minus the room service or the restaurent (which many travellers would say not needed), Excellent place to stay for a city trip. Walkign distance from a well connected crossing and metro, Few steps from shopping malls, supermarkets. Overall would recommend to anybody without any hesitation who is visiting Brussles for 1 to 3 nights.
The male staff who was on duty when we checked in on 28-05-11 was not even aware that the hotel's 1st floor offers a facility/machine to convert bank notes to coins for using in vending machines / luggage lockers, instead he suggested that we try the shops around the corner to get coins, in what appeared to us as a sharp condescending tone ! The management must invest in staff training I'd say.
